The staff could not speak English but tried in every way to make you feel welcome. To make the most of this establishment a little spanish a must
Smoking in the bar area that you had to go through to the Restaurant

Nothing - it was the worst Spanish hostal I have stayed in.
Briefly: location way out of Teruel in the middle of nowhere. Rooms very shabby and basic - felt like a doss house. Bathroom not clean. Food dire. Underground garage looked like a WWII bunker. No garden etc - premises surrounded by dirt car park. Apparently only one member of staff - he did everything - reception, bar, restaurant waiting and, apparently, cooking. As a resident of Spain I have stayed in many hotels and hostals and this was by far the worst - and not even cheap! 45 euros the night.

Nice hostal with a restaurant. There was a problem during our stay (wasn't their fault though), and the hostal gave us a 20 eur discount as a compensation. Otherwise everything was fine, the staff were friendly, the room spacious enough, with lovely old furniture.

Receptionist tried to be very helpful
On arrival it looked deserted and only found way in because receptionist came out. There was no food or drink available in any form.

It was close to the motorway. Breakfast was OK.
It was really a truckers' stop. The room was shabby and sparcely furnished; bedding was unironed and looked as though it had been used by someone else; the shower was cold; the bar was smoky and the drivers were noisy during the night.

Convenient for motorway and stopover to the coast. Good value for money. Nothing flash, but adequate. What do you expect for £22 with continental breakfast included.
Restaurant not open, not that it bothered me. Had a beer and a good nights sleep and a shower in the morning.
